New Features

Modify Documents Received Before Forwarding Them For Review

For example, when a sub contractor submits a RFI to the contractor, the contractor will now be able to edit and modify the RFI before forwarding it over to the Review Team.

New Dashboard Charts & Graphs for Program / Division Views

We have added two new graphs / charts to the Program and Division Views:

  • Document Priority Statistics
  • Trend Lines

Multi Approval Process Improvements

Previously, only the 1st user of a multi approval process had the ability to add notes / comments when approving to rejecting a document.

With this release, each user in approval process has the ability to add their comments while approving the document. Once the document has been approved by all parties or rejected, all comments will be displayed on the document under the status.
