This February EADOC celebrated 2 years of successfully delivering the EADOC web based construction management application to facility owners and CM firms. We are very excited about 2008 as customers from California to New York have selected EADOC’s fast, secure, easy to use web based construction management application to help manage their capital projects. You can check out who has chosen EADOC this past quarter in the New Customer section. Our engineering department continues to improve the EADOC application with great new features to help customers reduce costs on their capital projects. Check out the New Features section to see whats new in EADOC. Finally you will find a Quick Tips section with suggestions for using EADOC’s features. New Customers Corner

The following customers have recently selected EADOC to help them manage their capital projects:

Carollo Engineers has selected EADOC for 5 projects with the City of Henderson, Nevada. These range from small pipeline projects to the $91M Southwest Water Reclamation Facility. These 5 projects are in addition to the projects in Reedley, CA and Bend, OR that Carollo is already currently using EADOC on.

CH2M Hill selected EADOC for the $71M Pic Nic Point Waste Water Treatment Plant Expansion for Alderwood Water and Waste Water District.

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo selected EADOC for their new $88M Center For Science building through a competitive RFP.

Jacobs Engineering selected EADOC for the $16M North Creek Interceptor North Segment for Alderwood Water and Waste Water District. This is the first of 2 phases that Jacobs will be using EADOC.

EBMUD (East Bay Municipal Utility District) selected EADOC for 2 pilot projects for their Waste Water Group. This is in addition to the 2 pilot projects that EBMUD Water is currently evaluating EADOC on.

Swinerton Builders selected EADOC to help them manage the $92M Washington Hospital Central Plant Project and the City of Oakland Fire Station #18 project.

Otto Construction has selected EADOC for the $11M Solano County New Health Clinic and Forensic Lab project in Fairfield, and the $20M Solano Health and Social Services project in Vallejo.

New Features

Additional Document Customization options. Custom fields and labels can be added to all documents within EADOC. Users can also specify which fields are mandatory for each document type.

Multiple Approval process. Customers can now define a multiple approval process for documents like Change Orders.

Improved Report Writer. Users can now select which columns they want on their reports and the order for those columns. Additional filter options have also been added giving customers even more control of their reports.

Quick Tips

Using EADOC’s auto complete feature. When adding links to a document a user can start typing the name of the document instead of using the “Select” link to search for it.
